Peaches & Almond Cream Pie

This just might be their best pie yet! Served it at my MIL’s birthday celebration and it was a hit! The balance of peaches and cream with nutty almond was perfect and refreshing on a hot summer day.

The pie was delicious and we especially liked the crust. My only criticism would be that it needs a little more peach. The layer of peach was quite thin.

This pie was the perfect pie of summer! It is sweet and light. The peach is sweet with an almond flavor that gives almond croissant. The whipped cream on top is just cool and creamy, balancing out the not too rich peach filling with something light and airy. This was a 10/10 for me!

The pie was very beautiful, 5 stars. However, it is advertised as a peach pie, and the amount of peaches was actually laughable. Out of 9 people, only 2 actually said they could taste any amount of peach or actually found a peach in the pie. I personally felt that the almond flavor tasted very artificial .

Excellent flavor and crust. The extended family loved it so much they went to the store to buy another one the next day.
