Refund policy
Pick-up dates cannot be adjusted once your order has been placed.
All items must be picked up on their scheduled pick-up days before the store closes. After this time, no refunds will be processed.*
Canceling Orders
You may cancel your order if your cancellation meets both of the following requirements:
- You request cancellation no more than 7 days after your order transaction has processed.
- You request cancellation at least 48 hours prior to 10:00 AM on your scheduled pick-up date.
To cancel, you must communicate your cancellation to Pots & Pans Pie Co. via one of the contact methods below.

Cancellation Results
Once you have canceled your order, we are obligated to initiate a refund of the payments we received from you within 7 days of the day on which we receive your request to cancel the order. Unless otherwise agreed upon, we will refund your payment using the same payment option you have used for the original transaction; you will not be charged with any fees for this refund. You will not be eligible to receive your items once your cancellation notice has been processed.
Return Policy
Items that have been received by you and have left the business premises are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless otherwise agreed upon by the buyer and Pots & Pans Pie Co.

*We want our customers to understand the reason for the strictness of this policy, and thus provide an explanation below.
Our items have varying lengths of shelf life, which dictates our ability to reuse items that have not been picked up. Rather than having different policies for different items, we maintain one policy that can apply to all.
For instance: Our chocolate chip cookies have a shelf life of one day. If you place an order for a dozen cookies, we will bake them in addition to our regularly scheduled inventory. If you don’t pick up before we close, however, we’re unable to reuse those cookies the next day.
In other words, even if you don’t pick up your order, we will not refund your purchase because we still had to make your items and they typically cannot be resold due to their shelf life.
This policy helps us to eliminate waste and unnecessary costs. We appreciate your understanding!
