SBCC Cookie Dough
(FROZEN) A roll of our frozen Take & Bake Shortbread Chocolate Chip cookie dough. Makes about 10 medium-sized cookies. (Baking required)

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Remove dough from freezer. Let it thaw until it’s just soft enough to cut.
3. Cut dough into 1/2” slices and place on a lined baking sheet.
4. Brush cookies with egg wash (1 egg mixed with 2 tbs. milk or cream) and sprinkle with salt (included).
5. Bake cookies for 10 minutes. Let cool and serve.

Tasty & Delicious!
These would not bake up right for me. The edges kind of melted instead of cooking. It seemed like the butter ran out while cooking. When they were ‘done’ they were falling apart. Letting them rest for a couple hours after cooking made them more firm. They tasted okay despite this but weren’t amazing . I followed the instructions on the package and from the person at the shop

Wish I had bought more. Was traveling thru and did not have the room to care more home.
