Pie Crust Technique Class
This hands-on class focuses on mastering the foundation of a great pie: the crust. Guests will learn how we shape and crimp our classic pie shells, practice lattice techniques for pie tops, and try their hand at creating a graham cracker crust. Throughout the class, we’ll share tips and techniques that help build confidence and consistency when working with pie dough at home.
Participants will leave with two pie shells made by hand—one classic lard-based shell and one graham cracker shell—along with a container of one of our house-made pie fillings of their choice. Guests will also receive baking instructions so they can finish their pie at home.
Food will be provided, including pot pie from Pots and Pans Pie Co., snacks, and beverages.
No prior baking experience is required! Just come ready to learn, create, and enjoy.
