Build Your Own Galettes Class

In this hands-on baking class, guests will learn how to build and bake their own galettes from start to finish. Participants will choose from an assortment of savory and sweet fillings, explore flavor pairings, and practice our signature galette folding techniques that give these pastries their iconic, free-form shape.

During the class, we’ll also discuss the history of the galette and how it differs from traditional pies, along with a breakdown of the recipes used to create each filling. Each guest will create two galettes, which will be baked during the class and ready to take home!

Food will be provided, including pot pie from Pots and Pans Pie Co., snacks, and beverages.

No prior baking experience is required! Just come ready to learn, create, and enjoy.
