Banana Cream Pie

One of our favorite pies ever; the chocolate layer on the crust is fantastic touch. It is a slightly delicate pie - we weren't careful with the first one and it was a bit of a mess when we opened the box once we got home. However, we loved the flavor so much we bought another the following week. This time we were careful in transport and it was perfect when we got home. In fact, we are planning our next purchase before it leaves at the end of the month. LOL

We bought two of these pies for our daughter’s birthday get together last week. One of the pies was great! The other was so extremely soupy that when we would cut a piece it would collapse and spill into the container, making it impossible to serve pieces. It wouldn’t hold shape at all. Unfortunately that is the one we tried first and what our guests experienced. We love this place and some of our favorite pies are from here. But if that was our first experience with Pots and Pans we would likely never come back as that’s very disappointing for a $40 pie

VERY runny. Closer to soup than custard. The flavor was good but a bit skimpy on the bananas. Served it in a bowl
