how to store it

Store in freezer or refrigerator.

If Mac & Cheese is thawed, it must be baked within 48 hours.

how to bake it

• if refrigerated:
Bake at 350º uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until top is golden brown.

• if frozen:
Bake at 400º covered with foil for 45-60 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

A little more of the sauce and creamier/cheesier - small modifications

Okay, my favorite savory pie you make is the Chicken Pot Pie. The Mac & Cheese is good, but not great. I serve it as a side with either chicken or fish and a green salad. The crust is as always really, really good. The filling, however, could be creamier and a little more of it, maybe even a little cheesier (but not too much). These changes would make it great!

This was sooooooo good! *chefs kiss* I kind of wish there was some sort of pie crust. I have no clue what this would be because it would be so many more carbs, but it would've held together better. Idk this isn't even a complaint tbh

Stocking the Freezer

While I've had the Mac & Cheese Pie before, this pie went straight to the freezer for a future dinner. I'm sure this pie will be delicious as all your pies are!
