The beef & mushrooms pie was our first ever Pots & Pans pie and it was amazing! The crust is flaky and had so much flavor. We enjoyed that the carrots and mushrooms were not cooked to mush as well. The hint of red wine flavor really made it seem like you were eating something from a fancy restaurant. Plus, the lemon iced shortbread cookie was absolutely outstanding! We will be back!
